Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy on me, for in you my soul takes refuge.  I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed.

Really, in any disaster – fire, earthquake, financial calamity, floods or personal tragedy, the only safe shelter is in the shadow of the Almighty.

Psalm 91:4  He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge, his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

Proverbs 18: 10 The name of the LORD is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.
